Peter's entrusted recommendations have been used by these hotels over the years.  Peter was often spending a lot of each day receiving calls from the Hotel Engineers, asking him for his recommendations for other Trades Companies, of who he had not only worked with, but who also had similar high standards and excellence in overall performance. 

Peter decided to put this online Directory platform together, to save the hotels and resorts time, and have all his valuable resources on one easy to access link. 

The Hotels & Resorts can use this Directory platform to post online their upcoming jobs required, and then issue them out to a small elite (3 to 5 Trades Companies per category) by the press of one button; choose the particular trade they required, example Tiling Job, Carpentry job, the dates they needed it started and completed.  Most Hotels and Resorts prefer to keep using the same Tradespersons over the years, to help build a strong relationship with them, understanding for their premise, always know they are receiving the same high quality & standard of work, and to be able to provide their elite group of Tradespersons a vision for the upcoming couple of years.
